Terms and Conditions
1: Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information in the order form. Contact information, telephone number and email is essential.
2: Diva will not be responsible for incorrect delivery due to inaccurate/incomplete address supplied by the customer.
3: Customers must note when placing an order to allow up to 4 to 8 weeks for processing and delivery of heavily embellished items and please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks for processing and delivery of other designer wear orders. For in stock items delivery can be expected within 21 days. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within the quoted time, we will inform the customer by e-mail at the earliest.
4: We make every attempt to accurately reproduce colors; however there may be minor variations in color of the actual product due to variations of fabric dyes and differences in lighting and digital photography. Customers must keep in mind minor color variations as seen on-line against the actual color of the outfit.
5: All orders are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
6: Sizing of custom garments will be tailored to meet the agreed to measurements taken upon time of order.
7: All transactions are subject to UK jurisdiction only.
8: As most items are custom made, refunds or exchanges cannot be made and custom order deposits are non-refundable.
9: Designs and prices are subject to change without notification. It is best to check availability and prices of items that can undergo change.
10: All prices are exclusive of worldwide home delivery charges.
11: We take exceptional care shipping orders in good condition. However, the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure.
12: Please provide us with your exact measurements in inches or centimeters and out tailors will make  correct allowances for fabric shrinkage and comfort.
13: Stitched blouses are included with the Diamond Collection and other Cocktail saris. Many saris can be ordered either with a plain matching blouse, or an embellished designer blouse at extra charge.
14:  At Diva we reserve  the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers/wholesalers.
